As a part of my studies at Mount Royal University, I am currently completing a 50+ hour practicum at Crash Conditioning, a premier High Performance Hockey Training Centre renowned for its motto: "Not for Everyone". Designed specifically for elite hockey players competing at some of the highest levels across North America and Europe, Crash Conditioning blends their use of technology with evidence based strength and conditioning methods, allowing them to train their athletes with precision and purpose. My exposure to how Crash Conditioning operates their business and works with elite high performers is invaluable as a university student looking to build a career working with high-performance athletes. Coming from a high-performance background as a longtime police officer, I've found strong parallels between elite sport and law enforcement - both demand discipline, resilience, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
