Hi, I'm Chris Simpson - an aspiring strength & conditioning coach and current sports nutrition consultant. My career spans nearly 20 years in law enforcement and corporate security operations, where success depended on mastering discipline, resilience, and performing when it mattered most. Then, a personal health challenge forced me to slow down and reevaluate my priorities. Through that journey, I discovered how fitness, nutrition, and mindset aren't just tools for recovery - they're the foundation for lasting high-performance in sport and life.
Now, I'm on a mission to help others unlock their full potential and achieve their goals with the same high-performance mindset. I'm currently completing a Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma at Mount Royal University, focusing on human sciences, exercise physiology, strength training, sports psychology, and injury prevention. I've also earned a Diploma of Nutrition and a Certificate in Advanced Sports Nutrition from the Nutrition Institute - Canada. High Performance Athletics combines my real-world experience and education to help athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone ready to level up, train smarter, recover faster, and perform at their best.
